Good news from Finland

September 29, 2022

"Hi Imre,

Many thanks for the licenses! We had a good course and all participants got their plant models done even though they’ve never used Sumo before. Some were so advanced that they even started optimizing their processes 😊 I have used another process modeling programme on the same course before, but must say Sumo’s UI is so much more intuitive that I very much prefer that.

Majia Sihvonen, Ramboll, Finland."

Sumo22 first training session

September 26, 2022

Wastewater process engineers get trained in Sumo22 at our next training session!

This will be the first training introducing Sumo22, a good way to get a head start 😊 A lot of exciting new features and process models. Learn to dynamically model alpha for better aeration design, predict N2O using our greenhouse model, predict sludge dredging in lagoons, perform carbon footprint calculations, develop blower and pump curves, and perform comprehensive energy & cost-saving simulations. And let us not forget to set up a Digital twin and perform urban watershed modeling!

Those interested please check the training flyer for the exact schedule and sign up for the event.

New member joins the Dynamita team, welcome Hung!

June 3, 2021

teamname
Hung Bui Quoc is a young talent from Vietnam, with a background in water and wastewater treatment, together with some modelling. He obtained his Master of Science in Environmental Engineering at Technical University of Munich in 2020. Hung has shown his big interest towards modelling and Sumo, so it is our pleasure to welcome him as an intern at the Dynamita team.

Hung already provided us valuable experience as a new Sumo user, so that we could improve Sumo 21 before its official release. He will also help us in Sumo translation into Vietnamese (hopefully he still remembers some Vietnamese!), weather data collection, Sumo models testing...etc. As a young graduate, we hope that the internship time with us will help Hung gain useful experience for his career development.

Sumo 21 released along with new website

May 31, 2021

Feedback for Sumo Training in April!

April 14, 2021

We had the pleasure of providing the first training with the new and shiny SUMO 21, which is very close to officially take wings and bring new dimensions to the process modeling community.

Let us share some of the feedback we received from the participants:

  • “I want to thank you and Dynamita for an excellent training program! Choke full of great info…”
  • “The training is really fantastic, which includes volume knowledge requiring deeper digestion in the following days…”
  • “Dynamita’s openness is fantastic, I am confident we made the right choice to come onboard.”

Opinions like these inspire us to push the limits further…

Quotes for 2020

January 2, 2020

Since starting #Dynamita, I had many many nice conversations with people who understand the novelty in what we're doing in #SumoSimulator, and this brought me and the wonderful team of #Dynamita lots of enjoyment and satisfaction (while Edison is right with his 1% inspiration, 99% perspiration assessment). I have two memorable quotes as we're stepping into 2020:

At the very beginning of the development:

"You're taking on a gorilla"

Just recently: "You sure put the fear of God in them"

Thanks everyone who joined us on this incredible journey into the future of process modeling.

Happy New Year!

Januar 1, 2020

I reflected last night releasing Chinese lanterns into the sky and 2020; and came to the revelation that there are four types of people - customers, future customers, people who for some unfathomable reason are using other process simulators and people whom I just like without simulation just as much as the previous three groups :)

Happy New Year to all, please contact us for your New Year's present.
