"Hi Imre,
Many thanks for the licenses! We had a good course and all participants got their plant models done even though they’ve never used Sumo before. Some were so advanced that they even started optimizing their processes 😊 I have used another process modeling programme on the same course before, but must say Sumo’s UI is so much more intuitive that I very much prefer that.

Wastewater process engineers get trained in Sumo22 at our next training session!
This will be the first training introducing Sumo22, a good way to get a head start 😊 A lot of exciting new features and process models. Learn to dynamically model alpha for better aeration design, predict N2O using our greenhouse model, predict sludge dredging in lagoons, perform carbon footprint calculations, develop blower and pump curves, and perform comprehensive energy & cost-saving simulations. And let us not forget to set up a Digital twin and perform urban watershed modeling!
Those interested please check the training flyer for the exact schedule and sign up for the event.

The last week of October was a busy one for the Dynamita family. We had most of the team gathered at the HQ in Sigale to finish off the last Sumo 21 training for this year and to discuss future developments, while enjoying the benefits of the local climate and hospitality.
It was very nice to meet again in person after more than a year and a half of physical isolation! And hey, look at those fancy personalized T-shirts :)

We will miss meeting you folks at the WRRmod 2021 in person, as the event is going virtual.
Nevertheless, we believe in sustaining full support for this exciting conference regardless of being an online gathering. So come and peek into the latest developments of the industry, including presentations about the cool new features of Sumo 21, which we also believe to be above all expectations...

Hung already provided us valuable experience as a new Sumo user, so that we could improve Sumo 21 before its official release. He will also help us in Sumo translation into Vietnamese (hopefully he still remembers some Vietnamese!), weather data collection, Sumo models testing...etc. As a young graduate, we hope that the internship time with us will help Hung gain useful experience for his career development.

The new edition of Sumo is here, packed with numerous exciting new features and innovation (for details, please see the What’s new in Sumo 21 document). We had lots of fun developing the newest reference point of wastewater process modeling, so don't hesitate and check out Sumo 21 for yourself. Bet you'll love it!
And by the way, we have a new webpage, too.

Since starting #Dynamita, I had many many nice conversations with people who understand the novelty in what we're doing in #SumoSimulator, and this brought me and the wonderful team of #Dynamita lots of enjoyment and satisfaction (while Edison is right with his 1% inspiration, 99% perspiration assessment). I have two memorable quotes as we're stepping into 2020:
At the very beginning of the development:
"You're taking on a gorilla"
Just recently: "You sure put the fear of God in them"
Thanks everyone who joined us on this incredible journey into the future of process modeling.

I reflected last night releasing Chinese lanterns into the sky and 2020; and came to the revelation that there are four types of people - customers, future customers, people who for some unfathomable reason are using other process simulators and people whom I just like without simulation just as much as the previous three groups :)
Happy New Year to all, please contact us for your New Year's present.

Dynamita is pleased to announce the release of Sumo19. If you're looking for fast, precise predictions in established technologies (nite/denite/bio-P,chemP) or you're into new advanced processes, Sumo is for you. This version took a long time to arrive after Sumo16, but we're confident that you will agree that the improvements take it to a whole new level of process simulation.
Please check out the details and Why choose Sumo19 .
The download from our website is fully functional except it cannot save or export results (demo version).
Drop us a line if you like it or even if you don't. It will help us improve Sumo for an even more wonderful Sumo20 release.

Dr. Joshua Boltz, after a successful model development project:
"Thank you very much, Imre, for your exceptional support during the encoding and debugging process. Perhaps we now call you by your ancient name, Prometheus.
For we have been given fire!
Is it not fun to think, at least for this moment, we have a tool that no one else has created?"

Dynamita is proud to be a Platinum sponsor of WRRmod2018 in Quebec. (http://www.wrrmod2018.org/)
We love this conference and we'll be pleased to meet modeling enthusiasts and experts - both the wider profession and our customers.
Immediately before the conference (March 8-9 2018), we'll be holding a two-day modeling course on the use of and programming in Sumo. This will be a for-fee course similar to our other training courses, but on a higher level, considering the experience of expected participants.
Both existing customers and anyone who is interested in the new open source Sumo and SumoSlang concept will find it useful.
More details to follow.
